Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you.You may be required to return the damaged item to the address provided by our team.

Inspection & Refund

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
